Intercessory Prayer

January 3 - Intercessory Prayer for the Child Sexual Abuse Pandemic

January 3

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 2:17 (KJV)

Oh God, our Mighty Creator, I stand on this truth today and ask that you would pour your incredible spirit down over every child who is being sexually abused. Father God they need to know you are there with them. They need to see you, hear you, feel you and know that you will carry them through these darkest hours. I pray that your presence, even now in this moment, would restore their sense of power and dignity. I pray your perfect love would come over them casting out all fear. I pray you would return to them a sound mind and the ability to take every thought captive. I pray this in Jesus Holy and All Powerful Name.

2 Timothy 2:17 - Hebrews 13:5 - 1 John 4:18 - 2 Corinthians 10:5

January 5 - Intercessory Prayer for the Child Sexual Abuse Pandemic

January 5

and the two will become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Mark 10:8 (NIV)

Jehovah Rapha, we need your healing touch. I recognize the joining as one flesh. between every child who was sexually abused and their abuser, as an ungodly union. I bring all of these unions under the blood of Jesus for complete dissolution and pray that you would separate their souls and restore them to their original state before the abuse began. I forbid any further spiritual activity to move between them again and pray that the severed ends would be sealed by the blood of The Lamb so they can never be reconnected again in the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
