"A child's safety is an adult's job" is one of the seven rules proclaimed by the Laguna Niguel-based nonprofit Talk About Abuse to Liberate Kids (TAALK) to protect children against sexual abuse. The seven steps focus on specific ways that parents can prevent child sexual abuse from occuring.
